I am a cognitive neuroscientist who creates art to convey scientific concepts to non-scientists. This results in a synergy between science & art that helps me to reach new horizons in both fields. I am inspired by Caspar Friedrich and M. C. Escher, as well as by the results of my own research.
My photographs are created by using “brushes of light” against the surface of bodies during long exposures and other techniques that vanish the figure into a vacuum of light or darkness.
